Quotation & Ordering

Quotations are prepared on the receipt of customer's detailed specification requirement;

• Size of the stone
• 1. Length: 180cm up to 250cm (maximum)
  2. Width: 60cm, 65cm, 70cm (economic) up to 120cm (expensive)
  3. Thickness: We recommend 30mm for kitchen worktop, however 20mm for bathrooms is normally sufficient
  4. Shape: rectangular, round, oval ...
• Finish (usually polished)

Our Production Machinery

Our factory is equipped with modern stone processing machinery in big work shops. Blade saws, gang saws, milling and polishing machines are the essential tools for granite manufacturer.

Inspection & Products

All pieces are quality-checked and hand-finished before packing. Our quality control standard are listed here:

1. The flatness of the worktop has to be guaranteed and NO bows are allowed
2. The tolerance of size has to be controlled at +/-1mm
3. The tolerance of thickness has to be controlled at +/-1.5mm
4. All worktops and upstands have to be supplied in the same color and variance is reasonably controlled.

Packing & Shipping

The finished stones are packed into our sturdy and fumigated wooden cases. The packing standard is controlled at the best quality, with reinforced metal bars and screws on top and bottom of the cases. This guarantees the safety ness for long way ocean shipping.
